TMDSAS Advisor Portal
The Advisor Portal User Guide gives you full insights into how to pull reports, application statuses, and navigate the portal.
The portal contains information on your applicants from the past 5 years. If you need to access data prior to this, please submit a data request.
To access the Advisor Portal, click on the "Advisor Login" button on the top of any page of the TMDSAS website. If you need to request access to the portal, send an email to letmein@tmdsas.com.
Submitting HP Committee Packets for Applicants
Unlike with individual letters, automatic email notifications are not sent out to advisors regarding HP Committee Packets. Applicants will need to contact advisors after completing the [Letters of Evaluation] section of their application. Click here for information.
To Submit HP Committee Packets:
- Click on the "Advisor Login" button on the top of any page of the TMDSAS website.
- Follow the instructions outlined in the Advisor Portal User Guide to upload HP Committee Packets.
- If you are unable to find an applicant in the portal, contact TMDSAS Support at letmein@tmdsas.com.
How TMDSAS Codes Courses
While the Course Listings are helpful for applicants to code their coursework for pre-requisites, the TMDSAS uses the Prerequisite Coursework Definitions to identify courses that should be included.
Generally, courses that are identified as developmental, audit, or courses for non-science majors are not included in Prerequisite Coursework, and may not always be included in the BCPM GPA. However, some instances occur where this may not be case. If you have a question about how a course is coded for your school, please contact us at info@tmdsas.com.
